HOUSING FUNDING OPPORTUNITY – Lower ADK Rental Development Initiative (LARDI)

The Town is involved in the Lower ADK Rental Development Initiative which was created to utilize the $1M+ funding that was awarded to the City of Glens Falls to help property owners rehabilitate uninhabitable apartments or to transform vacant and uninhabitable spaces into new apartments. 

Properties in the Town of Queensbury are eligible to apply for this funding, which includes potential grant award limits of $50,000 per unit maximum, based on proposed tenant income maximums of 80% Area Median Income (AMI).
