Queensbury also has our own private airport – Floyd Bennett Memorial Airport is located right in town as well as being an hour’s drive of Albany International Airport. There is an Amtrak Railroad station in Saratoga Springs just a short drive away.
Nearby, the quaint but upscale city of Glens Falls offers great dining, and is home to the Adirondack Thunder hockey team at the Cool Insuring Arena. Within a few walkable blocks you’ll also find the Hyde Museum, craft breweries, and historic sites. Nearby Lake George Village is a center for seasonal fun and events, adjacent to some of the most scenic and enjoyable outdoor recreational opportunities in the country.

- Amusement Parks & Adventure Centers – including our largest attractions The Great Escape & Splashwater Kingdom and Six Flags Great Escape Indoor Water Park, as well as several other smaller ones throughout the area that feature rides, Go-Karts, racing, games & fun!
