It’s The First Day of School In Queensbury!
The summer has wound down and legions of anxious and excited kids and parents have been scouring the store aisles for the perfect sneakers, bookbags, notebooks and pencils. While we were enjoying our at summer season, the Queensbury Union Free School District was busy preparing for a new year with our local students.
The Queensbury school system is located on a 200-acre campus that provides a unique learning experience, with all of the school buildings on the same campus, allowing K-12 to attend school on a single campus at the foot of the Adirondacks. The campus includes every school building as well as an indoor pool, competition-level playing fields, wooded cross-country trails, co-learning labs, library/media centers, 21st-century technology in every classroom, and more.
